How much do they run?

I snagged a pair for $385.43, though they usually go for around $513.91.

How does the sizing run?

They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a European 36.

Since they don’t stretch and half sizes aren’t available, I’d recommend sizing up.

Are they comfortable?

They felt good right away. No-show socks help with the break-in period, especially since they help with airflow. High-end Italian leather construction, so it’s much more comfortable than breaking in fake leather. Plus, they’re already distressed so your feet just adjust easily.

Do they hold up well?

Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. No glitter has fallen off, and the shape stayed solid. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.

How are they vs. other brands?

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They include a built-in arch bump that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is unique. And the shine on mine? Next-level.

Are they worth it?

Yes! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re not cheap, so getting them with a promo is smarter. They’re worth the investment, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. I went bold with sparkle, but a low-key version would also be smart.
